I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the best people in my years of youth ministry. I believe that streak will continue as we get to work with Greater Europe Mission and eDOT. One of these persons that I got to work with is Michael Flake. Michael just recently graduated from Davidson College (the “Ivey League” school of the South) with a dual major of Mathematics and Religion. Yes, he is not your normal person and this is a good thing. “Flake” (as we call him) has the ability to take Scripture and explain it in such a way that our Middle Schoolers not only understand but enjoy.
This last week, Michael preached in the “adult” service and I just was so happy that more people got to enjoy what we in the youth group have been getting to enjoy. If you are interested in hearing the sermon, please follow the link. I’m sure you will not only come away with a clearer idea of Grace (the subject of his sermon) but an appreciation for this man like I have.

Thanks Howdy. We’ll take all the prayers we can get. I so can’t wait to use my computer skills full time with eDOT.
